LendingSchool.ca is an educational and lead-generation platform focused on the Canadian private mortgage market. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or licensed mortgage agent; we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and we do not issue financing offers or commitments.
Based on the information you submit, we may introduce you to independent licensed mortgage professionals (such as brokers/agents) who can contact you and provide their services.
Eligibility and rules of use
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding agreement.
- You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws (including anti-spam, privacy, and consumer-protection laws).
- You may not attempt to bypass security, disrupt the Site, scrape at a rate that degrades service, or access systems/data without authorization.
Lead referrals and consent to contact
When you submit a form, you are requesting an introduction. You understand and agree that we may share your information with matched licensed mortgage professionals so they can contact you by email and (if provided) phone/text.
We do not guarantee funding, rates, terms, or approval outcomes. Financing decisions and terms are determined by third parties and applicable lenders.
In some cases, we may receive referral fees or other compensation from third parties.

The AI Assistant (chat tool) is for general education only—it is NOT professional advice, personalized to your situation, or a mortgage offer. Responses may be inaccurate or outdated.
DO NOT submit in chat: government-issued IDs, full card numbers, Social Insurance Numbers (SINs), or health information. You are responsible for what you share.
